## How It Works

1. A neighborhood registers on Citycom
2. Residents agree on a monthly contribution (requires 2/3 approval)
3. Each resident pays their individual rate to a shared digital fund
4. The building manager allocates funds to services (maintenance, cleaning, elevator, etc)
5. All transactions are transparent and visible to every resident via the mobile app

## Pricing
